1. Product Overview

This fully automatic CNC horizontal multifunctional edge polishing machine is professional processing equipment for stone factories, specially designed for edge grinding, profiling and polishing of granite, marble, quartz stone, bluestone and other slabs. Equipped with 11 grinding heads and 2-meter long input & output conveyor frames on both sides, the machine realizes one-step forming from rough grinding to mirror polishing. Adopting full CNC intelligent control system and variable frequency speed regulation, it supports continuous or intermittent feeding, manual & automatic split operation, which greatly improves the automation level of stone edge processing. It can process multiple edge profiles including straight edge, curved edge, chamfer, round edge, U-shape and special customized edges, widely used in kitchen countertop, vanity top, tombstone, window sill and decorative stone production.
